4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS

Membership fees are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.By subscribing, you authorize Ataraxia to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes or surcharges, which you are responsible for paying.

4.2 No Refund Policy
All payments are FINAL. Once a payment has been processed for a subscription cycle, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued.You are responsible for managing your subscription. Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund.

‍You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your access will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle.Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

5. USER CONDUCT & RESTRICTIONS
‍By using Ataraxia, you agree to the following:You will not share, resell, or redistribute proprietary content, trade ideas, or strategies outside of the community.You will not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical trading activity while using Ataraxia’s insights.You will not use automated bots or data scraping to collect information from Ataraxia.You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary discussions, strategies, and insights shared within the Ataraxia community.Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.
